The critters don’t mind the heat.
That’s Rose. The kittens especially appreciate the abundance of wiggly things to capture (or attempt to capture). Little boys appreciate this adventure-opportunity, too.
The garden is fading and ready for fall planting. The zinnias are the only thing remaining in our garden, besides fencing that will be used to create a second fenced garden plot, when the weather is cool enough for fence-building.
Well, Black-Eyed Susans like the heat, too. And it looks like some bugs like the Black-Eyed Susans, too.
What do we do when it’s so hot? We might spend hours of the day indoors, near water.
Or outdoors near (and definitely in!) water.
